| 3/17/2010 Player: Ian Scott (DL) - San Diego Chargers Transaction: Scott, 29, signed off the street last October and wound up as the Bolts' late-season starting nose tackle with Jamal Williams and Ogemdi Nwagbuo on injured reserve. San Diego's run defense remained a severe liability all year. Look for GM A.J. Smith to invest in a true two-gap nose early in the draft. Status: Active |

| 3/17/2010 Player: Marcus Benard (LB) - Cleveland Browns Transaction: Elevated to the active roster last November, Benard was an immediate hit. The Jacksonville State alum racked up at least a half-sack in each of the last four games, including a two-sack performance in Week 14. With Kam Wimbley gone, Benard is currently positioned to start at weak outside 'backer. Status: Active |
| 3/17/2010 Player: Chris Jennings (RB) - Cleveland Browns Transaction: Jennings, 24, mysteriously (until you consider the coach) jumped ahead of Jerome Harrison at one point in the second half of 2009, but Harrison's production ultimately became too hard to keep off the field. A third-string caliber runner with some third-down value, Jennings will be on the roster bubble. He's not nearly as talented as Harrison or James Davis. Status: Active |
| 3/17/2010 Player: Richie Incognito (G) - Miami Dolphins Transaction: The Bengals and Colts were also linked to Incognito, an unrestricted free agent. If he can keep his temper under control, Incognito will likely push Donald Thomas and Nate Garner for the right guard job while upgrading Miami's already strong run blocking. Look for the deal to be incentive laden. Status: Active |
| 3/17/2010 Player: Dwan Edwards (DL) - Buffalo Bills Transaction: The Ravens did not attempt to counter the Bills' offer. Edwards is a late bloomer, but came on to unseat Pryce as a starter last season. His experience in the 3-4 will help Buffalo's transition. The 29-year-old will like start opposite Marcus Stroud, with Spencer Johnson rotating in off the bench. Status: Active |

Mostly a rotational run stopper, the 29-year-old finished last season sack-less after posting five in 2008. Status: Active |
| 3/16/2010 Player: Tony Richardson (RB) - New York Jets Transaction: After blocking for Thomas Jones' impressive run over the past three season, Richardson will now turn his attention to Shonn Greene and LaDainian Tomlinson. At age 38, he's still a valuable member of the Jets backfield. Status: Active |
| 3/16/2010 Player: Andra Davis (LB) - Buffalo Bills Transaction: "Done deal I am a Buffalo Bill now," Davis texted Tuesday afternoon. For the second straight year, the savvy veteran will be helping a defense switch from a 4-3 scheme to a 3-4. Paul Posluszny's job is safe, though the other inside linebacker spot should be Davis' for the taking. Coming off a serious surgery to re-attach his quadriceps muscle to his kneecap, Kawika Mitchell may be the odd man out. Status: Active |
| 3/16/2010 Player: Ryan Lilja (G) - Kansas City Chiefs Transaction: The Chiefs needed a right guard after releasing an ineffective Mike Goff and losing Wade Smith to the Texans. Lilja is a major health risk after reportedly failing a physical with the Colts, but he's a solid addition at a position of need if his knees respond to an offseason of rest. Status: Active |
